some more pages from my ongoing project

i worked on this project as part of my residency in cairo under the theme of gender and care

this silent graphic novel follows a woman and death, represented by a crow, who follows her around her mundane life in an atemporal levantine village

she becomes the carer of this entity who will eventually lead her to death, and rebirth, in an unending loop

i will be documenting some of the process here inshallah by @fourhorsemenprinting
