[FOURPOINTZERO] - “Beautiful things don’t ask for attention. ⁣
Don’t let your goal become a distraction to your process.”⁣
⁣
FOURPOINTZERO Running Team is the 4th generation NIKE HK NRG running team and the successor of the previously established NIKE NRG running team Pavement Pounders. The team components are CPMA, C - NRC running Coach, P - NRC Pacers, M - Musician and A - Artists in Hong Kong.⁣
⁣
The main goal of the team is to encourage people in the creative industry to participate in running, as the importance of having regular exercises is often neglected in the industry due to the highly unstable working hours, though many might be active gym members, yet cardio exercises are often referred to as mundane and difficult to sustain on their own. ⁣
⁣
It has never been about the speed but how much you are willing to give and your journey towards your goal. The pain you suffered; the heat you endured; the miles you ran; the lesson you learnt and the friends you made. Encouraging the least likely candidates to step out of their comfort zone and explore the world of running and its endless possibilities. by @fourpointzero.run

[WHAT IS 4.0?] - Beautiful things don’t ask for attentions. Don’t let your goal become a distraction to your process.

It has never been about the speed but how much you are willing to give and your journey towards your goal. The pain you suffered; the heat you endured; the miles you ran; the lesson you learnt and the friends you made.

10 years and still counting! The complete timeline of NIKE HK NRG running team (2017 - 2025).

[BRING IN CHANGE X FOURPOINTZERO] - For the launch of the charity cookies, with the packaging designed by @kristopherh , @bringinchange has teamed up with @fourpointzero.run to host a speed running session for the elderly. It was good to see a meaningful collaboration which brings something positive back to the community.

Once again, thank you for the opportunity and all the support provided by the both teams to make it another joyful experience. taken in Siu Sai Wan Sports Ground by @fourpointzero.run
