On October 21st at 5:30pm, Marigold Mental Health is joining us at Fourth Tri Sanctuary for a conversation all about planning for postpartum. We’ll talk through the different areas worth thinking about before baby arrives: sleep, feeding, emotional support, help at home, and how to recognize when you might need a little extra care.

So much of pregnancy prep focuses on the birth and the nursery, but the weeks after deserve a plan too. Come ask questions, meet other mamas in the same season, and leave feeling more prepared and a lot less alone.
