It was a privilege to bring this whole event together with the team; covering everything from planning, paperwork, health and safety, big top, decor, stage entertainment, performers, production, funfair ride, drone coverage, and even power… we kept the pace up right until the 06:30am survivors photo!

The photos for this year’s Summer Ball are finally here! ✌🏻

Even though it was a long day that stretched well into the early hours of the morning, I still had an absolute blast taking pictures of @up.su’s biggest event of the year! 🙏🏻

PLYMOUTH / SITE BUILD / DAY 1

Preparations started yesterday, but today things are flying up - quite literally! Festival flags, two marquees and more production already well underway.

We have a 3 year contract in place with UPSU to deliver:
- Operational responsibility for planning and delivery of the Summer Ball
- A team of experienced professionals, including command, safety, site, event and artist management roles
- Extensive paperwork including all aspects of health and safety
- A stacked line-up of live performances and DJs to suit a range of tastes and genres
- A variety of decor packages to elevate and transform multiple spaces
- All the positivity and good vibes to make this an enjoyable experience for all 5000 attendees and hundreds of staff roles! by @foxpro.events

CIRENCESTER / SITE BUILD / DAY 1

RAUSU May Ball 2026 is underway… @foxpro.events is:
- Operationally responsible for planning and delivery of the event
- Bringing in a team of experienced professionals
- Curating extensive paperwork including all aspects of health and safety (yay!)
- Gonna bring the energy, expertise and gusto to make this a great event for Royal Agricultural University students 🫶
