Our FTS team is growing!

We're thrilled to welcome Beth Ann, and even more excited to be working with her again.

I had the pleasure of partnering with Beth Ann in Talent Acquisition at Penn Medicine, and anyone who’s worked with her knows how exceptional she is. She brings 15+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across agency, corporate, and nurse recruitment.

Throughout her career, she’s consistently delivered on both high-quality and high-volume hiring mandates. She’s skilled at navigating the complexities of talent acquisition across multiple verticals, something our clients rely on more than ever.

She’s joining FTS at the perfect time. We’re growing quickly, taking on more complex and high-volume searches, and raising the bar on how we support our clients. Beth Ann brings depth, experience, and a level of professionalism that will elevate everything we do, from strategy through execution to the candidate experience.

If you want to stand out, stop doing this: 👇
Sending the same resume to every job.

Automated hiring + hyper-specific recruiters = your generic resume won’t make it past the first filter. Most people never get rejected by a human, they get rejected by an algorithm.

So here’s how to fix it:

📝 1. Match Your Title to Theirs
Example: If the job says “Software Engineer,” don’t write “Software Programmer.” ATS systems treat them differently.

🔑 2. Use the Keywords They Use
Example: If the role requires “project lifecycle management,” make sure that phrase appears in your bullet points—accurately.

🎯 3. Be Specific With Your Skills
Example: “JavaScript” ≠ “Java.” Don’t assume they’re interchangeable. Recruiters won’t.

📄 4. Customize Each Application
Example: Spend 5 minutes rewriting 2–3 bullets so they mirror the job description’s language and priorities.
