Where Connections Happen 🤝

What started as a JBN connection turned into real business.

JBN member Craig Miller, Owner of Huntingdon Valley Home Care, partnered with Alexandra Sichel, Owner & Principal Recruiter of Fox Talent Solutions, to hire a Scheduling Coordinator who was the right fit — professionally and culturally.

From conversation to collaboration 💯

Now this is “growth mode”! Building a business and a family simultaneously is one of the most challenging and rewarding adventures. But we do it! What do you find is the biggest struggle of managing both? For us, it’s the mental load of caring for little ones while feeling like you always need to be “on” in front of colleagues/clients/employees. Time management and setting priorities takes practice! Give yourself some grace. Comment your thoughts below 👇🏻
