After defining the strategy, pillars, and visual cues, this reel takes a closer look at how the Chi Forest direction was brought into production, where ideas, details, and on-set decisions came together to shape the final images. ART DIRECTION FOR BIG PICTURE Before becoming a shot, each image needed a feeling. 01 - Energy & Youthfulness
Joy, movement, and a balanced lifestyle. 02 - Diversity & Variation
Different people, colors, settings, props, and product variations. 03 - Gentle Sweetness
Vibrant, cozy, color-pop tones that make the flavors feel light and expressive. Visual Cue 01: Evoking Sweetness Sweetness was kept light through visual cues: color-pop tones, soft expressions, fruits, ingredients, props, and food elements. Visual Cue 02: Sparkling! Sparkling had to be felt, not just stated. Water and movement cues: flow, droplets, splash, bubbles, condensation, and pouring moments. A refresh moment that feels natural, not staged. For Chi Forest, the creative approach began with a simple question: how can a product known for its lightness, purity, and Asian-inspired flavors show up with more emotion, personality, and cultural relevance? Instead of building a visual direction around appearance alone, FPDB Creative looked deeper into how the brand could be experienced - through the feeling of fizz, the softness of sweetness, the diversity of flavors, and the everyday moments where Gen Z naturally finds a moment of refreshment.
