A time was had at CONNECTION LAB! To be able to bring people together at a time like this is so important to me. I'm glad Frances and I were able to facilitate creative expression through movement and provide a space for reflection for those who came! Thank you to the peoples cafe for lending their space to us and to my amazing cohost and Dj @francesjune__ ! And shoutout to everyone who came and was open to the process and the conversation! taken in The People’s Café by @francesjune__

i tell my story to keep it alive,
but more so to let it go..

moments from tiny dances. sincere thank you to @anna.caff for giving me 4x4 sq. ft to dance a solo for the first time in 7 years, and for the first time ever to my original music. such an inspiring group of dancers to share the tiny stage with, and the warmest audience of new and familiar faces in cozy @dorothydownstairs . full of thanks.

onward..
