brick by brick 🧱 really enjoying the grind rn. that doesn’t mean I don’t have shit days, atleast once a month (IYKYK) I focus too much on the looks and feel horrible haha. but we march on and don’t try to be a b*tch about it. sometimes we get surprised and other times just have to push that bit harder. regardless, we turn up, continue to turn it up, then call it a fkn day.

my actual point of this caption was (lol) that I’m just honestly having a lot of fkn fun right now. training is fun, seeing the progress is fun, eating my same old same old is still SO FUN, I truly could eat Cream of Rice and my eggs every damn day, the chooks and the cows still look SO tasty. nothing on the cards right now other than just training real good. everything is gonna get a bit of work, we’re just doing the dooooo. and confirming the do is getting done 🙌🏽 we absolutely have some future goals somewhere down the pipeline but as for right now we’re training hard, eating good and really just having a grand time with the journey! 🙌🏽 thanks for being so good @primalperformance__ 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🙏🏽
