In case you missed it... potatoes are so back.

And they’re on a pizza with creamy gorgonzola, mozzarella, semi dried tomato pesto and finished with fresh basil 🙂‍↕️ All on our handmade sourdough base. Some things just belong on pizza 🥔🍕 by @francomancapizza

Did you know that our Tiramisu is made fresh in-house, layered with ladyfingers, the creamiest mascarpone, and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder. 🇮🇹

We take good ingredients very seriously. The outfits, slightly less so. 🍅

A very productive trip to Napoli, sourcing our new tomato sauce straight from the people who know tomatoes best.

Hairnets on. Standards high. Pizza incoming. 🍕🇮🇹
