If this was true, you wouldn’t see the countless female transformations on my page.. Cutting calories is not a death sentence to your body Your body won’t just automatically shut down because you’re eating less.. What will cause your body to shut down is if you’re not providing it with adequate nutrition. Calories is just one of many components by @frankie.pro
You don’t need to lose a bunch of weight You just have to make sure you’re losing the right weight 🙌 When you’re losing the right weight, a little goes a long way! by @frankie.pro
It’s not an exercise problem It’s an nutrition problem This seems to be a very common disconnect that leads to frustration, and I hear it ALL THE TIME Your bodyfat, definition, and muscle tone will ALWAYS be a byproduct of your nutrition.. not how much you exercise by @frankie.pro
She felt like she had SUPER POWERS! Allie ( @platesloaded ) lost 23 lbs of fat, got stronger, and built muscle WITHOUT sacrificing her love of food or giving up her lifestyle! But DONT take my word for it Hear it from her! 👇Link if you want the same results! by @frankie.pro
Stop over-complicating it Simplicity is key A realistic approach that you can understand will get you the best results possible by @frankie.pro
She couldn’t stick to any diet she tried to follow.. Not because she didn’t have willpower or because she was lazy It was because her social life kept getting in the way and throwing her off THATS WHY DIETS DONT WORK! Because you hate your life while you’re on them and hate yourself when you can’t stick to it. Had Kelly continued to try to follow diet after diet, she wouldn’t have lost the 25 lbs you see here and achieved her goal body! Diets are designed for failure because they don’t take into account the life you want to live. Kelly got these results because what was asked of her was NOT to cut out carbs, stop going out, or eat all her meals out of tupperware. She was asked to learn to understand WHAT A REALISTIC APPROACH WAS The rest took care of itself. by @frankie.pro
People will literally reach out to me and say this.. They’ll see people (and often times someone they know) on my page who lost weight and got great results. They see that my clients do it without hating their lives, following a fad diet, or cutting anything out. And they think to themselves “wow, I want similar results and I don’t want to hate my life doing it either” But then they get on a call with me and forget about all of that and tell me what they think they need
Failing to understand the importance of the process I put together to help my clients MASTER NUTRITION. Failing to understand that the process IS THE REASON my clients can get results without hating their lives! If you want results without hating your life The link is in my bio by @frankie.pro
@deannatmanso lost fat, built muscle, and got the bridal body she wanted 🙌 .. without giving up the going out, the restaurants, or the drinks đŸ„‚ Deanna reached out to me saying this: “I need help to lose the ‘last 10lbs’ of stubborn lower stomach fat. I workout 7 days a week and eat healthy” (Copy and pasted from her consult booking notes) She struggled with the same thing so many women are struggling with and don’t know it. They are doing the right things WITHOUT STRUCTURE ‌ Deanna wasn’t lazy, she wasn’t careless, she didnt eat shitty.. she was VERY health conscious, VERY dedicated, and was working VERY hard.. BUT SHE DIDN’T HAVE THE BODY SHE WANTED. The body that displayed her efforts. As soon as I provided her the structure.. that 10 lbs she found impossible to lose became a 14 lbs weightloss without a crash diet, without working out 7 days a week, and without giving up the life she desired living. You can be doing all the right things but still not getting results and this is why. If that’s you, you’re missing the structure piece.. and that makes it a very simple missing piece to YOUR BEST RESULTS. Go to the link in my bio if you want to chat more. by @frankie.pro
@swieland312 lost 12 lbs and achieved the lean and toned look she desired without giving up the foods she likes, the treats, the trips/weekends away, the alcohol, or the family time 🙌 It doesn’t have to suck and you don’t have to dedicate your entire life to it. by @frankie.pro
She didn’t feel completely ready, but that didn’t hold her back from taking action. My client @maliaswan lost 33 lbs and showed herself that SHE was never the problem. She didn’t lack motivation or discipline. She wasn’t lazy. The problem was the diets and restrictive approaches she had tried in the past that WERE NOT SUSTAINABLE and are designed for failure! So many people fall in a cycle of trying and failing fad diets, starving themselves, cutting the fun out of their lives, until they completely lose faith in themselves to be successful thinking they themselves are the problem. This is how Malia felt on our first phone call. I can tell she loved how I described the process. I could tell she wanted to see results. I could tell she wanted to give it a shot. But I could also tell that she was wrestling with uncertainty because of being unsuccessful in the past. I’m so happy she rose above her insecurities because now she can look in the mirror and smile. This side by side is literally proof of that. If you’re struggling with uncertainty and you’ve tried everything but nothing has worked.. There is a link in my bio to book a FREE consult where we can chat and I can break down the exact framework that leads to my clients success. by @frankie.pro
Victoria ( @vicfit_dpt ) lost fat and maximized her performance without hating her life She prioritized actually learning nutrition instead of following a diet or resorting to cutting out her favorite foods. And that’s what made it sustainable 🙌 👇 If you’re looking for the same thing! by @frankie.pro
The real secret is this 👇 NUTRITION You don’t have to run your ass off. You just need to control what you’re putting in your body. And this is what I help my clients do without them, hating their lives or having to give up the foods that they love 🙌 by @frankie.pro
