You taught us what true love means, what loyalty is, and how beautiful it is to stay close and feel like a real family.

The emptiness you left behind is impossible to fill.
I miss you in bed — you always curled up next to me on my pillow, holding me with those big hugs that no one has ever given me before. In those moments I could truly feel your love.

The bathroom feels empty without you.
The sofa too — you always searched for your perfect spot between the cushions, and while I was sitting there you would slip under your little blanket, always right by my side.

When I open the fridge now, no one comes running anymore… but you were always there.

You were everywhere with us.
You came everywhere with us — from Canada to Italy, Portugal, Spain, France.
Every place we went, you were there.

I love you, my little one.
You will stay in my heart and in my mind forever.

We love each other , as much as we love what we do .
There is no time off , we decided to dedicate our life to hospitality.

Attention to details , and to client needs no matter what .

At @artgarve_culinary_affair we believe in hard work , passion and dedication, but most important in love .

I really wanted to thank Francesca , for believing in what we do 24 hours a day ,for supportin my crazy ideas , for sharing the same passion and for try to push boundaries every day .

Without her nothing of this would be possible.
It’s a family affair , and we bring to you table everyday our hard work and love to make your day unforgettable.

Two days, two weddings, one dinner, two breakfasts… and somehow we still found the time to celebrate my birthday! 🥂✨

Feeling incredibly grateful for an amazing husband, an incredible team, an awesome job, and a life that keeps me busy, challenged and happy.

Just a few minutes of morning training, still in my pajamas ☕😂, and she unlocked SPIN. Every single day she’s becoming more confident, smarter, and even more obsessed with learning.

Day 5 of training.
Only two weeks together, yet it feels like she’s always been part of our family.

Some days she listens.
Some days she challenges me.
But every single day, we trust each other a little more.

Training a Doberman isn’t about creating the perfect dog. It’s about building a bond that lasts a lifetime.

Roma isn’t just learning commands.
She’s teaching me patience, consistency, and unconditional love.
