Every year I swear I will never spend another August in the Algarve: it's hot, it's crowded with tourists who lament the fact that they're forced to be on holiday, and everyone I know is either working 17 jobs or far away escaping...

But, this year I'm glad I stayed...

August was my transition point. Dreams became a reality. I bought a boat. I worked freaking hard. But I played even harder.

It wasn't an easy month. It definitely was not a productive month. But it was a fun month! And fun is one of my core values :)

Just in case you forgot: life is flipping good! Don't forget to enjoy it!

What a ride has been 🏁🏎️

It was a once in a lifetime privilege to serve @rossocorsa_ferrari 🇮🇹in the stunning weekend for @ferrarichallenge .

Today another baby leaves the nest, our baby ❤️𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 ❤️ aka Roma the smaller of the litter when they were newborns, that trived in the litter with her strong temperament, will always be a special baby to me 🤍

She will live in a great local in Portugal, Algarve! This baby has everything to be happy! Best luck for this great family!

We wanted to dedicate a chapter to our journey to the Couvert . Perfect start of any dinner or aperitif.

•Porco Preto , black pork cracker with pork mousse 🐷
