Heading into my taper week for @londonmarathon I feel very grateful for the journey so far - thanks to my running family @derusocialrunningclub and all the people supporting me tirelessly 🫂

Training was an up and down of being consistent and not so consistent, being stressed and excited at the same time, trying to balance exam prep and running, but never losing the love for running 🤍 I wouldn’t wanna miss any of the easy but also very demanding kilometers I did.

Sorry I talked about running even more than I usual do.

Very excited and slightly nervous for next week, but I’m ready for this.

Thanks @newbalancerunning for making this possible. taken in Munich, Germany by @franzigstl

A morning on the track 🧑🏼‍🩰

I have two more races planned in 2026 - a fun marathon relay at Munich Marathon and a trail race at Chiemgau trail run. And of course the Ironman 70.3 prep for 2027.

Intervals are a key session for my running training. It’s really important to improve speed, VO2max and teaching my body to hold a strong pace under fatigue. But I have to admit, sometimes it’s really hard to motivate myself for a strong and tiring session. My new @suunto Run 2 gave me a new motivation boost. I was honestly impressed by the tracking accuracy of the watch combined with the heart rate belt. My perceived effort really matched the actual effort.

Key facts about the Suunto run 2:
- lightweight: just 35g watch body weight, but a big display
- bright 2,000-nit AMOLED display
- up to 10 days battery life (depends on the frequency of the activities)
- free worldwide offline maps to navigate your adventures anywhere
- new generation dual-frequency GPS for accurate navigation

Swipe to the end for a surprise 👩🏼‍🐰‍👩🏻

Running takes you places ♡

Whenever I pack my bags for traveling, it’s running shoes first. Running in new places somehow feels effortless and light. At home I always have an agenda, a pace, a type of run, a race in mind. Here it’s just moving, enjoying the views and getting croissants for breakfast 🥐

London Marathon recap 🇬🇧✨🫂

While I’m still processing the London marathon weekend, I’m beyond thankful for all the people I met along the way, the incredible powerful women that ran with me, the best support at the sidelines I could’ve wished for @vivien.neumvnn and all the people cheering from home. It was such a tough but a very rewarding journey.

My heart couldn’t be fuller, even though the marathon didn’t go as expected. I tripped. I got hurt, I fought mentally, but I finished. And it has taught me a lot about pushing to my limits and even over it but also about managing expectations. My marathon journey is only just beginning, but the most important thing I’ve learned is that running a marathon is not a solo project, it’s a group effort. It’s the community that stands behind you. And that’s what makes it so special 🤍

Thanks @vandermantel @newbalancerunning @derusocialrunningclub for this opportunity.

Also big thanks to @nwjczk and @jack_hare who accompanied us along the way revealing their incredible talent when it comes to capturing moments like these.

See u later, London 👋🏼
