Some events are bigger than the event itself.
These weren’t just any other yoga classes.
It was a reminder of why I started teaching in the first place. 🥹

For years, my vision has been to make these spaces of feeling, slowing down and reconnecting with ourselves accessible to as many people as possible. Because I truly believe that so many of us never give ourselves permission to simply be. To feel. To listen. To meet ourselves.

I’ve always had this feeling that the bigger the room, the more I am able to spread my energy. ✨
And standing in a room with more than 100 people, moving, breathing and feeling together, reminded me exactly of who powerful sharing your energy can be. Because at the end of the day, this has never been about yoga. It’s always been about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to come home to themselves.

Watching a vision that has lived in my heart for so many years come to life felt incredibly special.

A huge thank you to @lululemon and everyone involved for trusting this vision and creating a space where over 200 people could experience what „Space to Feel“ truly means.

Special thanks to @die.elisaa @vicmorenozama @j_essman for trusting and believing in me.

Still taking it all in. 🤍
