“I CAN’T PUT WEIGHT ON “

——- YES YOU CAN ————-

“ I EAT EVERYTHING AND I JUST DON’T GAIN WEIGHT”

——- YOU DON’T EAT ENOUGH ———-

There is such thing as a hard gainer of course , I’ve had many of them , but ANYONE can gain weight of there persistent enough .

Jordan in the above pics was a hard gainer , first thing we did was bring him a little leaner from the start pics and from there we’ve kept increasing and increasing food. Don’t get me wrong at time he was eating enough food for a many typically 5 stone heavier than him (5/6kcal daily) butttttt that what he needed to gain weight and grow muscle.

He’s how ALOT bigger and ALOT stronger !!!

It is relentless and it does take time BUT you CAN gain weight of you really want too !!

🎈 HAPPY 7th BIRTHDAY 🎁

To my baby girl 👶

From 6 to 7 ——- six, sevvvvvveeeennnnn !!!

Each year passes and I always think
“this is my favourite age”

But what I came to the realisation of not so long ago is that , they’re all my favourite age.
Personalities of children change so quickly and it’s like learning new things about them over and over again. New jokes , new emotions and new trends .
Each thing that comes along that’s new is another blessing , another way of exploring and seeing her grow in a different light !!

Every age I spend on this earth with her will be my favourite

But for now my favourite age is 7 so it’s time to make the very most of it and live for here and now making sure she has the best day and the best year in her 7’s

⭐️ SOMETHING I ❤️ TO SEE ⭐️

Couples getting in shape together and GLOWING together !!

Helping one another through a journey of self improvement

There are two types of relationship

Ones that work together and those that work against each other !!

Work together and be the very best you can be 🙌

🤵‍♂️ MR and MRS 👰

It feels so surreal to have a wife and not just a wife , the most beautiful wife on EARTH 🌍

Many times in my life I dreamt of being here , not just married but having a family too. In all honesty I never thought any of it would happen. I used to think of it at my lowest points in life and had started to accept that it just wasn’t meant to be for me .
Here I am now sat on an amazing balcony in Cyprus looking over at the sea during what can honestly say is the highest point of my life .
I have a Mrs Knowles and a family just how I imagined it all along. One boy and one girl 💙 💝

I spent most of the ceremony crying happy tears for all of the above 👆 😭

What a day

SIMPLY THE BEST 💝

STRUCTURE!!

One thing all of these girls do is LIFT WEIGHTS

Yes they TRAIN HARD!!

These are females that are not shy to make sacrifices and put in the hard work , and no they don’t look manly like common conception would have you believe.

In fact they have more curves therefore look more womanly,

Think about YOUR DREAM BODY !!

DOES IT LOOK LIKE OR SIMLAR TO ANY OF THESE GIRLS??

If it does - ask yourself ?? Are you doing what they are ??

Or are you just starving yourself and not training properly!!

MAKE YOUR ACTIONS MATCH YOUR GOALS

Big Don

dieting and getting lean is one thing

But being able to apply yourself to YEARS of hard work and grit in the gym is another .

Some people diet and there over the moon , others diet and don’t quite find what they expect to see underneath

TRUTH BE TOLD ?

If your the second one it’s Because you don’t train hard enough or haven’t trained hard enough for long enough !!

Genuine muscle tissue doesn’t come easy and it doesn’t come quickly !!

If you want it then fall in love with GETTING STRONG

Fall in love with PAIN

Fall in love with THE PROCESS

No one loves the process more than Big Don !!
