📸 PHOTO SHOOT IMAGES ARE BACK… WHAT A JOURNEY! 🔥

From over 19 stone in 2020 to standing here today, looking at these photos and reflecting on everything it took to get here… what a ride! 💪

I started out working with John Clarke & Simon Stubbs, who helped me get down to 12 stone. I’ll always be grateful for their help and support. 🙌

Fast forward to June 2024: I joined Team Freaks at 14st 4lb, and that’s when we really got to work. By November, I was in the best shape of my life—but loose skin was holding me back.

After speaking with Scott, we decided surgery was the right next step: surgery, recovery, then a photoshoot to close this chapter.

In March 2025, I flew to Turkey for a 360 tummy tuck to remove the excess skin.

Recovery was far tougher than expected. I needed 16 weeks of complete rest before we could even consider training again. When we finally restarted in July, my body was recovering much slower than anticipated.

Digestive issues, bloating, random swelling… there’s so much about recovery people don’t talk about.

It took a full 12 months before my body was ready to push again.

Then, in March 2026, photoshoot prep began: StairMaster sessions, depletion and refeed cycles, hard days and trusting the process. 🔥

And now… WE MADE IT! 📸💥

The craziest part? My photoshoot-day check-in weight was only 4lb lighter than my first check-in with Team Freaks in June 2024.

Virtually the same weight. Two VERY different bodies.

This journey taught me that the scales never tell the whole story. Body composition, consistency, patience and trusting the process can change everything.

It wasn’t a straight line, but I wouldn’t change the lessons I learned along the way.

Huge thanks to Scott for helping me navigate this final chapter and bring there pretty much constant.

And a special thank you to my wife for supporting me through the highs, lows, surgery, recovery and everything in between. I couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️

To anyone on their own transformation journey: keep going. You never know what you’re capable of until you give yourself the chance.

Couple rest days did me good 🥴

Bit of an old school session today, session down below if interested ⬇️

Wide Pulldowns
V-Bar Pulldowns
Bent Over Row
T-Bar Row
Low Row (WIDE)
Low Row (CLOSE)
Pullovers

Very very nice session! Very easy these days to get lost in pointless shit & overthink it!

“Am I squeezing hard enough?”

“Am I controlling it enough?”

“Did I feel that in my lower F2 V5 vertebrae”

You end up missing the whole point - GET IN, WORK YOUR ASS OFF, GET OUT!

And that’s a wrap. Final check this morning, followed by photoshoot later on. It’s been a tough few months, but after everything it’s taken to get here, I’m super proud to finally say I made it to the end.
A huge thank you to Scott for everything you’ve done for me. You're support and advice have been priceless. We’ve been through the highs, the lows, the doubts, the good days and the really bloody hard ones — and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better coach to have in my corner. What a journey.

Full journey post incoming but for now Im celebrating today.

Doing the do.

Another week of edging closer towards to the goal.

Sitting comfortably above 13stone now which is about 12lbs up from my lowest point.

Strength is at its all time high - all round happy MZ 🫡

A very special day.

Session down at Platinum today with the ‘HITMAN’ Zane & WOW!

So many take-aways and tips took on board from a man with decades of experience in the industry.

And to top it off - getting to catch up one of my biggest role models Scott.

Honestly felt like Christmas Day 😂

And this relates perfectly to my point - your environment dictates everything!

Surround yourself with experts, people who have been there & done it, people who will genuinely HELP!

No ego, no bravado just straight knowledge & guidance.

Nearly there now…
This is the last 22 weeks of progress, with a 2-week family holiday thrown in 5 weeks ago.
Trusting the process, being consistent, having patience and just getting the work done.
Huge thank you to @freaks_transformations . I couldn't do what I've done without your support and knowledge.
A few more weeks to push, then we can finally say mission completed. 🎯
Hood up, head down. Its time to finish the job.

It’s easier when you love it.

Another great week of training wrapped up again. This is by far the smoothest phase I’ve been in up to date!

Have a great weekend folks 🫡

There is something truly satisfying about seeing your daily decisions come to life.

Nailing the basics daily.

Nutrition / Steps / Cardio / Supplementations / Training / Rest / Repeat.

In a very good place. Mentally & physically 📈

LET’S SMASH THIS WEEK FUCKERS 💨
