On entrepreneurship:

Staring into the abyss and not knowing how things will turn out gives a certain amount of emotional fiber to the individual…a robustness.

This attention and willingness to observe and ultimately harness the unknown into something that is tangible and useful ultimately manifests itself into a certain amount of confidence over time.

The onus of control starts to lean more internally as that confidence grows. You and your intentions for the day become integral ingredients that help dictate the outcome.

Directionality is a core tenant of success. Having a strong vision is key. There are way too many opportunities in this world; parsing through and choosing which opportunities are best is essential.

The only way to do this properly is to know yourself. Spend time alone listening to and observing the environment? Where do I fit in? How can I be of service? How can I be of service to myself as well as to others simultaneously?

Says Alex to Alex. Now you know what my inner voice sounds like around 4am on a Thursday….

@freckerfarms , from sunrise to sunset 🌱

Their team works on certified organic produce and attends to 14 farmers markets in California every week.

On a typical day, they start with their daily harvest, followed by cultural work like hand weeding, hoeing, and caring for every row.

It’s thoughtful farming done day after day 🚜 We’re proud to have Frecker Farms in our community! taken in Frecker Farms by @freckerfarms

Y’all really know how to make a farmer blush!

It’s been a pleasure providing organic veggies to the Santa Monica community over the last couple of years. Thank you all for the kind support and for making us feel so welcomed!

Until then, major R&D (aka DINNER) to make sure these thistles taste good enough for y’all!
