I hate it when gyms have fans running all the damn time, especially in free weight areas. Maybe it’s just me being a sissy but I swear it freezes me out whenever i’m preparing for my top set lifts by @freddyskipslegs

185lbs full snatch! My shoulder tends to tolerate powers much better than fulls so this was an exciting lift to make pain-free. Finally picked up a pair of 727’s and they are amazing. Lighter than my romaleos 2 with better floor feel. These shoes are super nice if you have problems with maintaining balance during the pull since the heel is unforgiving with uneven foot pressure. Probably not enough of an upgrade compared to the romaleos 2 for most people, especially given the rarity/cost of the 727 but I like shoes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ by @freddyskipslegs

Rebuild is going well - 275 cnj with no shoulder pain! Also i’m now down to 95kg body weight, gotta watch out for the wind or else i’ll get swept away 😔 405 next. by @freddyskipslegs
