Evergreen Meet Recap ❗️ February 8th, 2025 This was my first official meet, and I was competing in the 100kg Jr class. I weighed in at 91.3kg/201.2 lbs. Ended up going 7/9 and took first in my class. Squats went well, although I did notice I was sinking too deep. Bench was rough, 303 moved great and jumped to 319 but couldn’t stick it through. Deadlifts were solid, and I hit 501 pretty smoothly but got red lighted for some reason. Still counting as a personal PR. Overall super good experience and hoping to compete again this year. Special thanks to @mwansalifts my friend and coach for two years for managing my attempts and pushing me this meet. Also shoutout to @509.power for putting on an awesome meet as well as my dad, @jacked.swolivan, and many others who made it a great environment!
