It’s been five years since I moved to Los Angeles.

So much of my life has changed in those five years. I’d like to believe I’ve grown. As an artist, as a friend. Some days I feel so horribly adjusted to this life, and other days I feel like I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

All in all, I’m glad that I trusted myself to move to this city and I’m grateful for all of the people I’ve met along the way. I still believe life is a beautiful adventure worth having, whether I stay in LA for another five years or end up elsewhere. It’s never really about the destination. by @fredhenson.cc

Dolly 🤍

I’m not usually this affected by the passing of cultural figures, but I’ve been really in my feelings over the past few days. I think a lot of people can agree that Dolly Parton represented something truly singular that resonates on a spiritual level.

Thank you for reminding us that kindness matters, that faith and sexuality aren’t mutually exclusive, and that you could always add a few more rhinestones.

This sold out months ago… BUT! There are ALWAYS no-shows. (Plans change, people croak…) So pleeease come get on the wait list, have a margarita and some chips & salsa and - like Blanche with a hunky new younger boyfriend- we promise to do our very best!

Thank you for being a friend! 👵🏻🍰 taken in Casita del Campo by @fredhenson.cc
