Big Man Ting

Tonight I was honoured to receive the award for best writing @nzwebfest for our film Dive. Thank you to NZ NZWebfest @cksfilmhub for trusting me to write your story! To my co-star @lilyroebeck for being apart of the film, your bloody talented alright.

I also want to thank the amazing crew members who came from all over The Motu to bring such an ambitious project from, Marlborough, Tasman, Chch, Southland, Wellington, and Auckland.

To all the incredible humans who gave money to the project.

Can I call myself a writer now 😜 by @fredrickpokai

@1978nzfilm Palmerston North!!!
Cheers, Palmy, for the awesome vibes last night. Packed crowd, heaps of love, and everyone really got behind the mahi that Isaac, Shannon, the cast, crew, and the whole community put into this film.
Being a lead in a feature still feels pretty surreal. People hype you up - which is mean - but the real credit goes to the ones you don’t see on camera.
Big shout-out to Anne-Maree at the MTC in Whitianga for putting our film on. Hope the screening went off!

TITTY POWER!!!!

For some 120kg is lite weight, for others it is a massive road block when building titty strength. Finally the nagging feeling in my wrist is gone, my strength is returning and my goal to push 140kg is within my reach mwahaha. #chestworkout by @fredrickpokai
