WE FINALLY HAVE AN OPENING DATE!!! 🥹

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16TH.

After over seven months of building, renovating, planning and taking the leap… we’re finally doing it!

We honestly can’t put into words how excited (and nervous) we are.

THANK YOU to every single person who has supported us, believed in us and followed along on this journey. It means more than you’ll ever know.

We can’t wait to fill this space with movement, laughter, familiar faces and lots of new ones too.

A full timetable is coming VERY soon, with some exciting soft launch plans in the lead-up!

Make sure you’re on our waitlist through the link in our bio for early booking access.

This is just the beginning.

Love,

From strangers on Instagram to girls’ trips together 🥹🤍

A little reminder to put yourself out there and send that message, because you never know what it could lead to!

Feeling very lucky to have met these girls. Here’s to many more weekends like this 🫶🏼

And feeling equally lucky to have spent the weekend at the gorgeous North Shore. Such a beautiful little spot just outside Sligo, couldn’t recommend it more! 🤍

Who knew a paint colour could cause this much stress 🫠

When you’re pouring your life savings, time and heart into something, even the smallest decisions start to feel HUGE.

We’re actually so much further along than this video shows, but we promised we’d share it all with you. The highs, the lows and the moments where we genuinely wonder what we’ve gotten ourselves into.

We’re so close now, and we can’t wait to share our opening date with you all. Closer than you think 👀

For now, enjoy us having a minor meltdown over our walls. by @freedomflow.wellness

I think one of the loveliest things about living in a small town is the sense of community.

The familiar faces, the friendships, the people who show up for each other and the little moments that turn into your favourite memories.

I know how lucky I am to call this place home, but even luckier to be surrounded by the people who make it what it is.

There’s nowhere else I’d rather be 🤍 Ft. Some of my favourite businesses in rural Ireland for community @offshore.enniscrone @westcoastsaunaireland @bessies.bar @an.siopa.beag by @freedomflow.wellness

7 months. What a journey it’s been. 🥹🤍

Sometimes it’s hard to see just how far you’ve come when you’re so caught up in everything that’s happening around you.

Feeling very grateful, a little emotional and incredibly excited for what’s to come.

Not long now. Our little dream is becoming a reality. 🤍 by @freedomflow.wellness

I’ve definitely struggled with my body image over the last couple of weeks, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise.

I think it’s especially hard being fully immersed in the Pilates world, where terms like “Pilates body”, “sculpt” and the pressure to look a certain way seem to be everywhere.

I really do want to be the best version of myself, and I’m trying to lock in between now and Christmas. But I’m reminding myself that the goal isn’t to be skinny. It’s to be STRONG.

To have a healthy, functional body. To feel fit, capable and confident in what my body can do.

To celebrate lifting heavier, mastering a new exercise on the reformer, getting stronger through Pilates and strength training, rather than just focusing on what I see in the mirror.

Easier said than done sometimes, but I’m trying to shift that mindset and appreciate my body a little more along the way.

A little reminder to myself, and maybe someone else who needs to hear it too 🤍 by @freedomflow.wellness

A little behind the scenes from a very special few days in Enniscrone 🤍

@ambleofficial came to town to film their music video for Church Bells and it was so lovely to see our little corner of the West become the backdrop for it all!!

We’re so proud of everything Amble are doing, and so grateful to @oisinmccaff for continuing to bring a little piece of home along for the ride. There’s something very special about seeing Enniscrone showcased like this.

From local pubs and businesses to familiar faces popping up along the way, there was such a buzz around the village.

Huge credit to @stevebattle @fionn_rogers @elliusgrace and the entire crew for bringing it all together, and to all the local businesses and people who got involved along the way.

What a few days for our little town 🤍 @hopkinsenniscrone by @freedomflow.wellness

We are SO close 🥹

Trying to remember in amongst the chaos just how lucky we are to be stressed about building our own studio.

What a privilege. What a ride. And we’re not even open yet 🤍 by @freedomflow.wellness

A @shellscafe date solves everything 🤍

One of my all-time faves in Sligo. Never gets old.

The basil mayo potatoes are a non-negotiable in this relationship.
