Sundayze groove. The 7th day of the week is my favorite and is often more full of my favorite patterns, colors, music, self care and dance. Dance shots featuring my plant Bjean. ☺️

So much of THIS is beyond us
beyond the flesh and instead...
spiritual,extraterrestrial, extraordinary.

A kind, honest, reciprocated and unconditional entity... an unequivocal union.

There is nothing on earth that has ever or will ever be THIS, and that is revolutionary.

May Jah/Allah will be done!

For years...
*
*
*
I’ve struggled with my skin- acne, severely oily, cystic, sensitive, hyperpigmented, you name it. Today, It’s everything I ever wanted it to be...mainly CLEAR. It’s taken some serious research and wholistic remedies to get here. I am proud... is an understatement. The sun was shining on me- I had to snap this photo.

The recipe:

Tea tree oil
Rose hip seed oil
Rose water all day
Raw African Black Soap
Charcoal soap by @ivycarellc
Occasional tumeric soap by @ivycarellc
Dr.Bronners peppermint soap
Neem Oil cleansing
Steaming
Clay masking...weekly
THE WORKS
————————
Non topicals
- less stress
-more rest
- probiotics everyday

Clear skin is possible, it’s the topical recipe and the internal health that really does it for me. What about you ? by @freedomsonlight

Lipstick and nonconfirmity
Let’s talk about it...while avoiding exposition
slightly ...
Be clear
You’re Not here with me
... for opinions —just ponderings, perhaps healthy admiration
A look book for inspiration and conversation
Freedom climbed fences and tore knee caps open and had milk races with the bros open for decades
Turned around comfortable smiling in sun dress for...an oxymoronic creature
Complex
Like a ...
Vanilla creame oat milk latte
Cinnamon
Ginger
Lavender
Dash of lemon and cayenne... please
Soft and rough
Gentle and tough
Smooth but strong
Sweet & tart
Buttons and collars on some days
No bras, tie dye sweatshirts and chucks on others
Bottom lashes for the giving —a life of yass
And nothing but jojoba and tea oil for make up
Head wraps and mountain hiking backpacks
Cooking and being cooked for
Cleaning and and coming home to a spotless home
The breadwinner and strategic planner
Submission and servitude to a love so deep
Some of you wouldn’t understand
The list goes on
ain’t one to conform.
She, they, we gon’ be —when we want and how we want
And that’s fine with me
it’s complicated
Just let them BE. taken in Inner Space by @freedomsonlight

We runnin on dem fumes
High for —a moment
When we come down
less than impressed
a crash from high so short lived
underwhelming is what they call it
but the pain is one we can’t even name
how bad a narrative ? OR
accountability
accountability
accountability
Repeat ... then da people dem rise
THEN we shall prevail repetitive and repulsive history
history
history
history
Waiting on Mr. Wright
And the 16 year girl reported shot and killed by dem ...today
And it don’t stop
And it don’t stop
And it don’t stop
Keep hope alive ?
We gotta keep thriving and rising
Multiplying and magnifying
Educating and contemplating
I may not be here dough ...
She said
What if my fate is down the barrel of a gun
Gotta stay prayed up
Keep it 10 and 2 ...
but even then it could still be me or you
Black and brown child
Don’t lose that smile
You live out loud and abundantly
Cuz said ...”one day the judgement is in da clouds”
Signed black and still... proud

Abstract Painting facilitates a voyage into a universe you unearth and or reflect upon over time.

In the end; your beloved masterpiece could be a reflection of one or some of the living complexities:

color, shape, emotions, thoughts, realizations , manifestations, and intentions.

What did you see ?

Acrylic Panting: The Waterfall of Yesteryears eyes.
