Meet Hela @freedyogi yoga teacher and inversion junkie.

Hela developed a passion for Yoga and arm balances in 2013, which later led her to do her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha/Vinyasa and her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in M.I.A. with @dylanwerneryoga
Throughout her years of teaching and self-practice, she attained substantial knowledge of the human body, concentrating on mindful movement, mobility, and strength.

Since 2019, Hela has been teaching yoga to help others connect to their breaths, build strength, find freedom within their bodies, and begin their journey towards peace.

Nutella (2007–2026)
Just like that, I’ll never see you again..❤️‍🩹

On February 2007, I got a tiny furball that somehow grew to fill my whole life. Before so many chapters began and ended, there was you.

I can’t remember a chapter of my life that didn’t have you. Now I have the impossible task of learning to live without you.

Last Saturday, while I was preparing to teach a yoga class, I got a call from the vet telling me you might not make it. Right after that call, I had to stand in front of a room full of students and taught while my heart was breaking.

No one in that room could see it, but I was barely holding myself together.
I held on to hope. Hope that you would wait for me. Hope that I would see you one more time. Hope that I would get to hold you, & kiss you..
I carried that hope through every minute of that class.

When class ended, I read a message saying: Im sorry for your loss..

Nutella, I don’t know if you knew how much I loved you. I was with you the night before begging for one more day.

The truth is, I spent years willing you to stay. Not out of selfishness, but out of love. And somehow, for nineteen years, you stayed.

You were never “just a cat”..
People who knew me knew you were
My first baby.
My comfort.
My home.

For a week.. Ive been grieving the end of a chapter that began when I was 17 and ended with a silence that feels too painful to understand.

Thank you for staying as long as you did. Thank you for every year, every moment, every breath.

If love could have kept you here, you would have lived forever.

I’ll look for you in the next life.

Endless love to @theyogahouse.sa & @barre.burn for cheering me on to do this—because I almost didn’t.

This is 35 🎂🤸🏻‍♂️
(First time 5 straddles to full — special thank you @balancenotion & @julianmazzei_ for getting me this far)

They say age is just a number, until you’re somewhere in your 30s & you’re always tired/sleepy. Then, you realize the number matters 🤣

But I have to say, my soul is childish and probably still just 10 years old and if you know me.. you know I will always find a way to have fun and enjoy life.. especially upside down 🤸🏻‍♂️

Grateful for my friends, my family, & you reading this. Thank you for all the birthday messages and wishes. My heart is FULL ♥️
