30/20/10 - who wants to get thrown in the deep end today??? This is a great FULL BODY warm up circuit that I used frequently during the pandemic. I also assign this to some of my athletes from time to time. Work through each exercise for 30 seconds. Once you have got through all 10 exercises, repeat the circuit for 20 seconds each. Then finally for 10 seconds on the final round! If the difficulty level is too high you can modify each exercise to your level! DM for more details! Give it a try! Let me know how you get on! Good luck! by @freemantechnique

With all the craziness going on in the world, it’s easy to be distracted, lose focus and inevitably let these distractions derail you! This can feel overwhelming! Don’t beat yourself up! Try to remember that this is normal! And, as it happens, essential to evoke the very best out of yourself! Stay the course, you’ll get there!
