Choosing love is never a loss.

Love expands always. Expands your life, your experience, your capacity to connect deeply.

Fear constricts. Constricts your energy, your possibilities, your ability to move forward.

Your mind, your ego may feed fear because the energy of fear around a particular pattern or belief feels familiar and safe. But challenge yourself to choose different, to shift your perspective into the body, into the heart. What feels true then? No matter what your mind or ego may say, choosing love is never a loss. by @freetrueyou

And so we meet again, the barren trees, the crisp cool air that nips at our skin, the darkness, the stillness. A time where we are left with no other choice but to tap into our internal environments - our homes, our inner world, ourselves.

A time where the core can be nurtured. A time when all seems bare yet the soil is fertile. We realize that life is always buzzing, in movement despite what may appear to be happening to the human eye, to the human mind. Even when all seems still, there are infinite possibilities present.

How will you nurture your core, your roots? How will you find peace in the stillness, in the darkness? How will you remain open to all the possibilities available to you?

The Fall Equinox is approaching us, marking a pivotal shift of energy. As the Fall Equinox approaches, it invites us to begin to tend to our own fire, to begin to slowly come home to ourselves.

I’ve been experiencing one of the deepest death/rebirth cycles since my Saturn Return. I’ve been called to clean house, to make space, to completely let go of situations, frameworks, etc. without any idea of what will come next. I’ve been called to surrender, to trust completely, to feel my way through.

I know that I am not alone, we are all experiencing this calling, this cycle in our own unique ways. This cycle is asking us to step into the unknown, to be comfortable in not having all the answers, and to get grounded in the stillness of our highest truth so that we can align to a higher octave of living.

Through all the cycles your higher self is always there, can you tune into the truth that only you know? Can you get still enough to hear you own timeless wisdom? by @freetrueyou

Last week on 8.8, we held our 2nd annual Lions Gate event.

The energy was so potent, so palpable.

At one point in the event we were doing kundalini yoga, clearing and attuning our throat chakras through breath, movement, and sound. We were allowing whatever sounds felt like being expressed, to be freely expressed. Soon our collective expression started sounding like groans, like aches, like the sound of a woman giving birth.

So powerful. So necessary.

Individually and collectively, we are all experiencing some level of a rebirth, we are being asked to release the old so a new version of ourselves, of community, of reality can be birthed.

Giving birth can be a beautiful experience but it is can also be painful, uncomfortable.

As humans we tend to focus on the pain and the uncomfortableness (which is valid) but a lesson we can learn from the serpent is that as it sheds its skin, it has no attachment to the old and is instead eager to release the old skin as it knows the new skin is HERE.

Lions Gate allowed us to feel that, to know that. We already have all that we need, now, in this present moment. We can choose to anchor into the new that is already available to us. ❤️‍🔥🌞🪞 taken in Lions Gate by @freetrueyou

As the leaflets burst forth from the previously bare branches, so to our own life force energy begins to stir and feel reborn. Life is reemerging.

Hey yalllllll I’m so excited to hold space for another event 🥹, this time to honor the Fall Equinox and the Sacred Balance (within and without).

The Fall Equinox is a time of finding balance and harmony with the natural cycles within ourselves and the natural cycles of Mother Earth. It’s a time to find harmony with the energies of both releasing and harvesting, a time of balancing expression and embodiment with internal witnessing and stillness. The Fall Equinox is a time to find comfort in the transitions knowing that they serve a powerful purpose too. Join me Friday, September 23rd from 7-9 pm at Community Event Center 729 to honor this beautiful time of year through qigong, breathwork, reflection, kundalini yoga, sound healing, and a release ritual. I’ve been embodying more of my divine soul power lately. And the more I embody and active my own soul power, the more I just want to help others do the same in whatever ways spirit calls me to.

Y’all know when spirit speaks, you have to listen. ✨

A little over a month ago I got a clear download to hold space specifically for the Lions Gate portal and I’m so excited to share that this coming Monday, 8/8, I will be hosting my very first event. 🥹 The event will focus on the Lions Gate portal energy which peaks on that very day (8/8). There will be yoga, meditation, reflection, conversation, reiki, sound healing, and most of all sacred community. I hope to see you thereeee lovelies 🦁𓂀🌞
