Y’all know when spirit speaks, you have to listen. ✨

A little over a month ago I got a clear download to hold space specifically for the Lions Gate portal and I’m so excited to share that this coming Monday, 8/8, I will be hosting my very first event. 🥹 The event will focus on the Lions Gate portal energy which peaks on that very day (8/8). There will be yoga, meditation, reflection, conversation, reiki, sound healing, and most of all sacred community. I hope to see you thereeee lovelies 🦁𓂀🌞

P.S. thank you @astrochampagne @selenicwellness @_leovenus for the support on this one 💚🥹

I’ve been embodying more of my divine soul power lately. And the more I embody and active my own soul power, the more I just want to help others do the same in whatever ways spirit calls me to.

THANK YOU to everyone who showed up to the Lions Gate event on Monday and trusted me to guide them in sacred space during the powerful energy portal (and through a rain shower! WOW). Grateful🌹

Hey yalllllll I’m so excited to hold space for another event 🥹, this time to honor the Fall Equinox and the Sacred Balance (within and without).

The Fall Equinox is a time of finding balance and harmony with the natural cycles within ourselves and the natural cycles of Mother Earth. It’s a time to find harmony with the energies of both releasing and harvesting, a time of balancing expression and embodiment with internal witnessing and stillness. The Fall Equinox is a time to find comfort in the transitions knowing that they serve a powerful purpose too. Join me Friday, September 23rd from 7-9 pm at Community Event Center 729 to honor this beautiful time of year through qigong, breathwork, reflection, kundalini yoga, sound healing, and a release ritual. I hope to see you there my loves 🍂💚

Come honor and celebrate the Spring Equinox this coming Tuesday, March 21st from 7-9 pm. There will be a shamanic cleansing led by @chonteaumcelvin, an earth based meditation, and more. I hope to see you there 💚🥹🌱
