Do you think you could handle a workout from Devaun?

Whatever your level of training is, he is going to figure out how to push you to your absolute limit. And that doesn’t just mean physically. He is going to push you mentally too.

In this workout alone, Devaun has Chris working every inch of his body. The arm bike, Total Gym doing abs, standing while doing presses, and walking outside over uneven surfaces. Every part of the workout has a purpose.

At the same time, Devaun is talking with Chris throughout the workout, helping him work through the mental side of it too.

That’s what makes his workouts different. He isn’t only looking at what your body can do. He is challenging you to see what you can do when your body and mind are both being pushed. taken in Project Walk New Jersey by @fresh___prince
