I am incredibly thankful for the relationship I have with my wife.

From the very beginning, we’ve helped each other grow. Every wall we encountered, one of us would push the other up, and the other would reach back and pull the other over. We’ve always faced life’s challenges as a team.

I am so grateful to have that kind of partnership in my life. She is truly my partner, my teammate, and an amazing woman.

I never demand anything from her. I am always grateful for anything that is freely given. I never want her to do something she doesn’t genuinely want to do, because that only breeds resentment, and resentment has no place in our partnership.

We have open, honest communication. Saying “no” is okay. Saying “yes” is okay. Whatever the situation, we support each other with mutual respect and understanding.

Sometimes I see some of the toxic relationshit that’s out there, and it reminds me that I want to be someone who pushes back against it. I want to be able to hold my head high and say that I strive to be the best husband and partner I can be.

I would not be the man I am today without my wife.

Marriage is a partnership. Life is a partnership. You have to help the people around you, and in turn they’ll often help you. Even if they don’t, you can still take comfort in knowing you did the right thing. by @freshchefmike

17 years, 8 months, and 6 days since the world lost Rose C. Trincher, MD.

The day she died, I made myself a promise: somehow, somewhere, someway, I would do everything I could to ensure fewer families experienced the pain of losing someone they love to breast cancer. And for those who still faced that battle, I would work to improve their quality of life and the lives of the families standing beside them.

At the time, I was a cheesemonger at Earth Fare, a cook at Augusta Country Club, a member of the Georgia National Guard, and a security guard with Regent Security. I had absolutely no idea how I was ever going to make good on that promise.

Today, that journey truly begins.

I am honored to be part of Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative, and I look forward to the road ahead—one dedicated to advancing research, improving lives, and fulfilling a promise I made nearly eighteen years ago.

The spider has either painted its face for day of the dead, prepping for gathering of the Juggalo’s, or is a hollow from Bleach…. We will just continue to feed him souls, flies, or whatever else it requires ….so it does not direct its other dimensional powers towards us.!!! by @freshchefmike

Day 2
Wrecks police chases and tickets! OH MY!!!

I was lucky enough to only be given the 5 second blue light special. So it ran out before I was served….😂 felt pretty good about that… we were moving fast.

One of the guys riding with us, lost the back end of his car into a guard rail!!

We were all pulling out into a road probably 15 cars so we all stopped once all 15 cars could go we just continued….. a state trooper blue lights one of the vehicle vehicles pulls him over. Sees his radio and ask him to tell us to all come back. After saying he would give all 15 of us tickets if he could 🤦🏻😂 the driver was like yeah that radio is dead🦾😂👏🏻

We had blue lights coming in after us, at least that’s what they thought and they actually get this F150 instead😳😬😅

All in all, it was a great day!!!😆🤣😆 taken in Fontana Dam by @freshchefmike

Today we lost in Apache both pilots are safe but to be honest if we were just wasting Apache and putting them in places, they didn’t need to be….

They cost of one AH 64 Apache copter equates to feeding Thrifty Budget: Feeding 2,870 to 4,275 families.Moderate Budget: Feeding 2,155 to 3,205 families.

The cost of one US Boeing AH-64 Apache helicopter ranges from $35 million to $52 million. This money would feed between 2,100 and 5,100 typical American families for a year, depending on the grocery budget level used.Helicopter Cost BreakdownThe exact price of a military helicopter varies depending on its configuration and support packages.Flyaway Cost: An AH-64E Apache Guardian costs about $35 million to build.Total Package Cost: With weapons, sensors, and Foreign Military Sales support services, this cost rises to $52 million per unit.Family Food CostTo calculate how many families that amount would feed, we look at the official USDA Thrifty Food Plan and moderate food budgets.Thrifty Plan: A bare-bones, low-cost budget costs a family of four about $1,013 per month, or about $12,160 a year.Moderate Plan: A standard budget with some branded and convenience items costs about $1,351 per month, or about $16,210 a year.Family CalculationsDividing the total cost of one Apache helicopter by the annual food budget gives the number of families it could feed:Thrifty Budget: Feeding 2,870 to 4,275 families.Moderate Budget: Feeding 2,155 to 3,205 families. by @freshchefmike

Heather Prisant got me an amazing gift for Christmas!

I’m not gonna lie when she got it for me. I did not think it was going to be awesome….. I was so wrong!

It is a portable steam room. I thought this was going to be a muggy room … like being outside on a Georgia summer day….. It is not. It is full steam blast it was so unexpected and so glorious!! Full spa experience it even has the ability to add aromatherapy!!!🤯
