Hi 👋🏻 I’m Laura Rust

I am here to share with you everything I’ve learned in my 13 years as an entrepreneur creating community-based, transformational businesses. I’m one of the most well-rounded people you’ll meet, which is why I’m great at helping you bring all aspects of your business, idea, or creation together to get it off the ground or into its next level of success.

On paper, I’m:
- A former CPA and numbers whiz
- Founder of BIG Power Yoga, Out Here Yoga, BIG Power Yoga Denver, Live Alive Adventures, and now Fresh Tracks Consulting
- A certified Lightyear Leadership Coach
- An altMBA Grad
- A Yoga Teacher for 14 years and continuing education provider
- Can we start adding kids to our resume? Because my two little boys are a huge part of what has shaped me.

I’m in a season of life where I’m creating the space to step out of some of my own businesses’ day-to-day hustle and integrating and sharing useful things that I’ve learned along the way. I love the risk and reward of entrepreneurship and creativity, and I’m here to help you feel supported as you go where no one else has gone. When you work with me, you get the security of following my tracks while also very much creating your own unique pathway.

I heard someone speak recently about how working with a coach or mentor can help you receive what took them decades to learn in a few minutes time. This is why Fresh Tracks exists. I’m here to save you time and energy so that you can focus on what you are best at and fast forward toward your version of success.

I offer 1:1 consulting, organizational consulting, workshops and talks, and, my personal favorite, a mentorship membership where you can receive both 1:1 support and community coaching support with like-minded creators.

Who’s with me? 🙋🏼‍♀️

I’m not saying these are the only problems worth solving in our industry. I’m also not saying there aren’t already many beautiful and perfect things happening in yoga. Lastly, I’m not against the large chains.

What I am here to do is work with other mom-and-pop studio owners who are out here making a difference and want a whole new level of success… for all of us.

As a former CPA, lover of business, leadership coach, and passionate yoga teacher, these are some of the things that I want to see shift in my lifetime. 🎯

The one thing you must do to contribute at your highest level is be willing to 💫take the risks💫 that are necessary to create something new.

This week in the Pep Talk 💌 I share 5 ways to approach the necessary risks that come with a life of contribution.

1. Understand the difference between true vs. perceived risks. 🤔
2. Build an inner safety net - trust that you’ll be ok either way.
3. Start small - what small steps out of your comfort zone can you take now to gain confidence to take a bigger leap? ⛰
4. Define the full range of possibilities that might come from the risk so you can make an informed decision.
5. Get support from someone who believes in you and doesn’t want to hold you back for their own benefit. 🙌🏻
