It’s been an honour to spend the last three months at EarthHeart.
I’ve grown and learned in ways I never expected.
I’ve remembered how to love more deeply (again),
and reawakened another form of expression through poetry.

What a wonderful few days…
Spontaneity, constellations converging seamlessly in perfect time.
A wall of lifetimes cracked through greetings once more, through eyes meeting again, this time through a new lens, a new head, old friends in the form of strangers.
We come together in present tense, in the now, to meet to play to dance to create and find a way to relate and remake our face once more, to find familiarity in the new the unknown and keep us guessing pondering where is our home? Where did we come from? Where will we go? Wherever, whenever, you will meet me there for we are eternal and can never fall out of the experience we share.
We fall we rise, we cry out, we scream at the sky, our eyes gleam in the light as we watch the sunrise for the very first time, the only time. Every time. Now.
Coming together once more to create a ripple and learn, to spread our awareness through the air, our experience into the freshly ploughed field, inadvertently planting a seed to make it real. In “time”. Everything grows in “time”. What will you plant? What will you find? What can be found is the fruit of seeds planted before your wake, profound? Nah, it’s quite a simple take, given the acceptance that everything is perfectly in its place at all times, all. right. now. Every hurt, every phase, every love, every day is all taking shape in the grand scheme of this unknowable play. The workings, the cogs, each building block all un-showable and through it all, unshakeable in its reasoning and purpose. It just is. Hehehe not that I actually know.
It’s more of a feeling/amalgamation of thoughts I’ve had and people I’ve heard speaking what they believe to be true. I’m just like you, I don’t have a fucking clue, and underneath it all i’m just a soul having a cracking time living my truth, a truth I made, why not make it magic? Make it wonder-FULL? Make it outstanding and unfathomable for if I knew it all I would be pretty bored.
So here’s to the friends found, never lost, it’s just been a while,
To the crop circle that was created so close to where I lay asleep, Dreaming yet another dream.

There are parts I will never let go, being human means to never fully know the source in which we came, to feel it and see its magic but to always grasp at the power of the flame without ever catching it in your palm. We all have a name, we all have a heart, wether it’s been hidden since birth or shouting out to be heard we all have hurt we all have an inner nurse, showing us the way to recover, rediscover, regain our place in this gigantic picture frame we call life.
Follow your light, your inner nurse, mine likes to move and play and smirk.
It likes to choose a new path everyday without ever knowing what price it’ll have to pay.
For why would I think twice, why would I be shy?
Tomorrow isn’t promised anyway.
What is promised is a magnetic attraction to what’s at heart, maybe you don’t know your way but it’s sure going to be filled with laughter and play if that’s what you live from everyday.
And yes shit is hard
Shits hard to live with or without scars
Wether you live life walking in the park or swimming with fucking sharks
We all create our own problems and it’s time we saw them for what they are, hurdles to jump, steps to climb for when you reach the top you’ll remember all the times you labelled yourself as “stuck”
All the times you blamed it on “bad luck”
For that taught you luck doesn’t exist,
There are no coincidences
It’s just you and your shit

Blazing beings bursting with blessings’
Binding, winding, weaving around the maypole bouncing
Becoming more than what was
Becoming what will be
Being what is now

A baseline for belonging
Ballads from bards
Beats from brilliant beings
Free flow from brave beings
Bright feats of expression
Bountiful benedictions for all

A breath
A bud in bloom
A seed in the mud
Growing so soon
A bountiful sun filled with love
Radiating fun
In accordance to whats above

A hug
A cry
A breakthrough in the night
All accompanied by
Friends
Shoulders to cry
For we are not alone
Open your eyes

It’s a path to a better life
One not without strife
But with purpose and fear alike

One can look into the sky

SUN•DAY It's finally Tommy's turn to bring his amazing DJing and facilitation to us at the weekend, under his DJ alias Manaprana @kinnth! It's going to be a beautiful day and with a new talent accompanying him too; live flute and drums by @frey_the_bard ❤️‍🔥

Manaprana brings his unique style after decades of turntable experience and a more recent pathway (still several years) of yoga, meditation and classical tantra. Expect a session with soul, and heart.. This is going to be fun! ❤️

A poem by Frey The Bard 🌼

Mother - it speaks to the cyclical nature of growth. The falling, the rising, the learning again and again, like we do when we’re toddlers experiencing the world around us. And also to the personal self-development work of noticing the parts of us that keep us small - the patterns, the fears, the old conditioning - and then with awareness and internal strength, gently choosing something different. And one of my favourite parts - the wisdom that comes when we check in with our heart ❤️

Frey is 23. A poet, a musician, a storyteller. Someone who walked away from the nine-to-five and chose something far less certain…but far more alive! In the recent podcast Becoming The Bard he spoke about travelling across America, about being open to all that life has to offer him, and about what it means to follow your heart and your own creativity when it starts pulling at you.
