It’s #FridayLinesDay, and we’re bending our way into the weekend with a little plot twist! 😂💎

First things first: your girl went through wisdom teeth surgery, got around 7 stitches, and STILL can’t open her mouth properly to eat. 🥹 So yes, I’m currently living my best squirrel life, nibbling away at food. 🐿️😂 Thankfully, I’m not much of a foodie anyway!

Because of my recovery, we had to rethink our original shape (which, honestly, wasn’t giving us the vibes 😬). Cue a last-minute change to this little beauty I’d been saving in my gallery!

Meanwhile, my proactive Boo Alex was already on it, shooting her version last evening like the absolute star she is. And voilà — here we are! 🫶🏼✨

Inspired by the lovely Natalie @natalie_von_rose ✨🌻♥️, we’re calling this one #FLDDiamondBend 💎

Bringing you Alex’s beautifully aligned lines and my forever love for bends. A little different, a little bendy, and a whole lot of Friday fun! 🤸🏻‍♀️💕

It’s #FridayLinesDay and my favourite dragon 🐉 has officially clocked out for the weekend. 😂💤

Meet #FLDSleepingDragon 🐉 a shape inspired by the beautiful @nata_bestyoga. ✨

It may look like this dragon is peacefully resting, but don’t let the sleepy vibes fool you… this one definitely comes with a little 🔥 intensity. 😮‍💨

This one was really wild...at least for me. I just wanted to get these lines, which was not easy, because it's not just a sideplank. Hand and foot are much more closer. Give it a try and do what works best for you! You know, it's all about fun. And maybe you land in a wild wheel. 😁

Namaste it’s #FridayLinesDay and I’m hosting this weekend’s party 💃woohoo!! 🥳

This week I got engaged 💍 and everyone is still asking me, “Do you feel any different?” Well… I don’t 😅

The only thing I want is peace and to live my life the way I do ✨with independence and kindness. My man loves me for who I am and gives me the courage to do whatever I want to do. ❤️

And I think that’s what strength feels like to me 🥰not someone who holds you back or changes you, but someone who gives you the courage to be exactly who you are and go after everything you want. 🥹

I was supposed to be here bright and early this morning, but a crazy work flow had other plans 🥺🥲 So here I am, fashionably late but still ready to party! 😂

And now: It's our 2nd anniversary today! 🥳 actually it was on August 2nd and since then we are so happy to see so many beautiful souls joining us! It’s #FridayLinesDay and Happy Friday, lovelies! 🥳💚

This week we’re twisting things up with #FLDTwistYourOwnWay, inspired by the amazing Soo @soowongsues 🩷✨and hosted by mehh🧏🏻‍♀️✨

Confession time… 😂 We absolutely loved this shape, but no matter how many times we looked at Soo’s photo, our bodies kept saying, “We have our own plans!” 🤭

So instead of chasing perfection, we embraced our own version. Because yoga isn’t about becoming someone else’s shape 🧘‍♀️it’s about exploring what your body can create.

That’s exactly what today’s hashtag is all about: Twist your own way. Add your own spice 🌶️, your own lines, your own personality, and most importantly… have fun with it!
