Had fun playing around with this one! Once I figured out how to get into it, I kept trying it again and again to find that angle. Such a nice hip opener and surprisingly good for my lower back, too. Happy Friday! 🌸

Namaste, beautiful souls! 🙏🏼✨

Welcome to another week of #FridayLinesDay, where we bend the rules, stretch the limits, and find new ways to make our lines dance! 🤸🏻‍♀️💫

This week, my stunning Boo Alex is taking the lead with a fun shape inspired by the lovely Becia @lifeisgood_bekindandhappy 💕 We’re calling it #FLDDownDogCompass 🐶🧭

Because why let your Downward Dog stay grounded when you can point one leg straight toward the weekend? 😂🙌🏼

So, yogis, bow down, reach that leg high, and let’s stretch our way into Fri-YAY! 🥳

Who’s ready to point their toes toward the weekend? 👀🦶🏼

Drop your version, tag us, and let’s see where your compass takes you! 🧭❤️

PS This song is stuck in my head 🥸👻✨

FRIDAY LINES DAY

Pose: #FLDDownDogCompass
Led by Alex @yog.a.lex
Inspired by Becia @lifeisgood_bekindandhappy

I tried different angles and every time I got different results with the DD 🐕 and how deep I could fold 🤪 But I like the lines I got and stopped trying again and again - it was a nice morning practice 💖

Happy Friday with lovely @FridayLinesDay 💝
I’m so happy the girls chose my pose 😍 I adore you guys 🫶 Although I was mostly focused on my beloved cat 😻—feeding her treats to get her into the perfect pose 😽
