Geek girl. Artist. Insomniac. And I do not know everyone, honest.

Usually I have my Mini-Me with me when I go to wonderful collector events because I don't like pictures of myself but since Min couldn't make it yesterday here is my smiling face! Because even though my feet hurt and I am exhausted I had the BEST TIME at Poppy's Sweet 16 meeting so many folks I hadn't met before and being reunited with so many wonderful people I hadn't seen in years. I adore you all.

I know AI apps seem like a fun way to create cool images of your dolls on Instagram, but Generative AI is actually making it impossible for many freelance artists to make a living. Please, consider not posting gen AI content.

I unfollow accounts that do post AI content, but it still breaks my heart to see it. by @fringeelement

I should have posted this one first. I got the toilet roll holder on the toilet roll from one shop on Etsy and the stand on another and I just lucked out that the rolls that I bought were the exact right size for the 3D printed holder. I still haven't gotten anything for the ensuite on the second floor but I'm thinking that I'm going to try to see if I can get the matching silver hardware from me & house. the thing that's difficult is that the MDF board sides of the rainbow High dorm are very dense and it means that trying to get things nailed and or screwed in is nigh impossible so I've been mostly using double-sided tape, museum putty, or super glue at this point. by @fringeelement

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG WasteShed is moving to around the corner from the house I grew up in!!!! this building has a lot of memories for me first because my kindergarten classmate Sumi's parents ran a diner there where I used to buy french fries, then there was a rug store that was always going out of business where I bought a rug that I had for like 25 years back when I worked at 5050 North Broadway. and now it is an approximately 30 minute bus ride away from me and I am BOUNCING OFF WALLS. Not only can I donate a metric fuck ton of my art supply/craft stash and get it the fuck out of my house but I can immediately replace it with new art supplies and craft materials!!!!! taken in Uptown, Chicago 60640 by @fringeelement

Happy book birthday to @seananmcguire's newest Toby novel from @torbooks, A Divided Duty! This one is a big one and I really really genuinely enjoyed designing the chapter header spot artwork SO MUCH. I feel so privileged to work with such wonderful people, and for stories and characters that I love so dearly. by @fringeelement
