How I’m staying focused with @getbrick (use my code for 10% off - link in bio!)

School is back, which means it’s time for me to lock in! 📚💻

As a work-from-home mom, it’s SO easy to get distracted, especially when I mindlessly reach for my phone (it’s a habit). That’s where Brick comes in. 🙌

I’ve set Brick to block the apps that pull me in during work hours, while still letting important calls, texts, and emails through. It’s already helped me cut way down on mindless screen time and scrolling. I’m getting more done, faster. 🙌

It’s simple and easy to use. Just tap the device to brick and unbrick your phone, or set a schedule in the app. And because Brick can connect to multiple devices, I can use it with the kids when it’s time to focus on homework, too!

Less scrolling. More focus. I’m taking back my time with Brick. 💪

Universal Kids Resort was created for families with young kids in mind, and it definitely is that. But my BIG KIDS loved it, too! Here’s why:
🎢 Most of the rides are just big enough, intense enough, and fun enough for big kids and parents to enjoy (we rode the Cretaceous Coaster four times!)
🎬 The nostalgia of TV shows and movies from their long-ago youth —Shrek, Trolls, SpongeBob, Minions—hits just right (and made my mama heart happy to re-visit)
🎈 The midway-style games are attainable and confidence building without being babyish
🌊 Who doesn’t love a theme park full of water features on a hot day??

I pre-gamed our 15th anniversary festivities with a Hydrafacial glow up, complete with vitamin C + anti-aging booster and blue light therapy. And a lil Botox never hurts! My skin is so hydrated and thankful to be a priority again! (You’re gonna want to see the post-Hydrafacial water!)

Has the sun ever smacked you in the face and revealed all your face hairs glistening in its rays? ✨ The way I ran so fast to @lonestarmedspa to get my dermaplaning and immediately lost 5 pound of peach fuzz! Thank you, @alex.theaesthetician! by @friscomomlife

You know that scene in @thebearfx, where Cousin overhears a table wants deep dish pizza, and he runs across Chicago to get a deep dish to serve them? That just happened to us at @gibsonsitalia. Sub Hot Cheetos for deep dish. Incredible. Thank you sincerely, Mr. Barnes. taken in Gibsons Italia by @friscomomlife
