We had dinner reservations. 🍽️

Then somebody got in the heated pool. 💦 Someone started a pickleball game.🏓 The kids found the swings. The sauna heated up. Movie night ended up outside. 🎬✨

So… dinner reservations got canceled. 😂

Consider yourself warned.

Send this to the person you’d cancel dinner plans with. 👀

⭐ Good work improves a home. Great service earns a homeowner’s trust.

There’s no better advertisement than a happy customer, and no better compliment than hearing that trust expressed in their own words. 🏡💙

We’re grateful to Mr. Fisher in Frisco for choosing Phillips Home Improvements and for taking the time to share his experience with our team.

Listen first. Serve well. Finish strong.

Because every project is more than paint, repairs, roofing, or gutters. It’s someone’s home, someone’s investment, and someone’s trust placed in our hands.

That trust means everything to us. 🙌

Everyone points you to The Star. Frisco’s the actual answer for kids is downtown — three of these four are within a few blocks of each other in the Rail District.

🌳 @dadjokescheesyburgers — shade trees over an open lawn and lawn games. The only real shade on this list.
🍺 @rollertownbeerworks — huge open space with yard games, food trucks out front
🚂 @friscorailyard — rotating food trucks around a lawn, giant Jenga, root beer floats
📺 @littlewoodrowsfrisco — big backyard, kids menu, 30-plus screens (21+ after 7)

Fair warning: shade is thin at three of the four.

Ep. 5 — The Colony.
