A 3 star Michelin Star chef, Sergio Herman is a creative partner so you know these Belgian frites are going to be good. Frites with the beef stew & mayonnaise are $22. A serving of frites is $12 & includes 1 sauce of your choice with 5 flavours to choose from, extra sauces are $3 each & you can try a sample before you buy. The line is long but worth the wait, you won't want to miss these frites. Oct 6th-11th, from 11am until sold out

🍟 The BEST frites in the world are BACK in Sydney!🤤🔥

Fries lovers, this one’s for you! 😍

We headed to Darling Square to try the famous Dutch-style fries from @fritesatelier_au , and OMG, they definitely lived up to the hype!

I ordered the Parmesan & Basil, and it was SO GOOD! 🤤 Perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, with that delicious combination of savoury Parmesan and fragrant basil. Every bite was packed with flavour! 🧀🌿

Who knew something as simple as fries could taste this amazing?! 🍟❤️

⏳ But hurry, they’re only here for a limited time!

Day 1 is done, the new dishes have been a hit with the Flemish beef a crowd favourite.

We do it all again tomorrow this time with the first 100 orders getting our super popular ceramic trays.

Sydney, Frites Atelier is officially down under!

Four days. One pop-up. Darling Square.

From 17–23 August we brought Frites Atelier to Australia for the very first time, and the response said it all: Sydney has an appetite for Frites done properly.
