The making of our Indo Peanut: golden fries, rich peanut sauce and a delicately spiced finish.
A signature inspired by the flavours of Indonesia.

The seasoning of our Frites starts with something unexpected: dried samphire, from the Zeeland coast in the Netherlands. Mixed with sea salt, it’s the extra layer of flavour behind every batch of our Frites 🧂 by @fritesatelier_uk

Sydney, Frites Atelier is officially down under!

Four days. One pop-up. Darling Square.

From 17–23 August we brought Frites Atelier to Australia for the very first time, and the response said it all: Sydney has an appetite for Frites done properly.

To everyone who queued, tasted and told their friends: thank you. This is just the beginning. taken in Darling Square • Sydney by @fritesatelier_uk
