The ultimate girls’ night in with @wearetala 🧘🏽‍♀️

An evening of breathwork, yoga and sound with intention settings for the new year and reflections on the year we’ve had.

I asked everyone to answer a few questions from my Pause • Plan • Do Workbook (available to download later this week). One of the questions was about wins from the past year, including (what I like to call) non-cv wins - the kind of wins that you might not put on your cv or post about but you know that it’s a challenge that you overcame. After a bit of encouragement, the group shared their wins with each other and it was amazing to see a group of strangers be so supportive of one another.

It’s a format I’ll be offering to both corporate and private clients in the new year so drop me an email if it’s something you’d be interested in. taken in Carnaby Street by @frkle

Breaking up all the professional photos with some stuff from my camera roll because the feed was looking a bit wanky. Not been on my phone much this year so this is pretty much the entirety of my camera roll … excluding all the photos of my new nephew 👶🏽🌿 by @frkle
