We're so excited to announce that Frolic Acid, Honeylight, SHINDIG & Hayley McKay will be joining us at Origin Festival on Saturday 12th September.

Frolic Acid @frolic.acid:
"With heavy riffs, angular grooves, explorative solos and surreal lyrics, Frolic Acid is a new collaborative project comprising of Katy Trigger (Backyard Rhythm Orchestra, MSK) on bass and vocals, Evan Abel (Baghdaddies) on saxes and melodica, and Nik Alevroyiannis (Baghdaddies) on kit and percussion. Taking inspiration from the worlds of prog, jazz and Latin (among many others), their sound is infused with distortion and a touch of raw aggression, for a dynamic and eclectic sonic experience."

"Honeylight is the indie pop project of North-East based singer/songwriter Caitlin Morrow. You may know her from hosting our open mic or greeting you at the door to our events here at the barn. Oooohhh boy have we got some stuff brewing! We’ve got gigs, we’ve got actual honest to goodness recorded music snaking 🐍 its way towards a proper release*, and also (because stuff is good in threes) we’ve got a lil video we filmed out n about while was still a bit chilly

All will be revealed soon! In fact we’ll announce a gig later on today if any one of us is organised enough to make it happen
