Hi beautiful people’s,

That’s a wrap for Tanuki Coffee Pop-up 2.0 🫶🏻
It was so much fun hosting at Only Coffee Project and seeing everyone again!

I’m really glad I got to create my own Milk Brew and Baltic Foam, and let everyone try them my way.
Big thanks to @isay__yusei for bringing all the beans from Copenhagen, @onlycoffeeproject for the space, and @projectzero.coffee for the beans for my signature drink🫶🏻

a special thank you to @megumi_banana for designing such a lovely menu poster for us! Feels even more special 🙆🏻‍♂️

And thank you to all the friends who came all the way to support us. The community is always so supportive, and I’m really grateful for that.

Also, a huge thank you to @tsukaking and @sgsn_shun for doing this together again, trusting me, and making all of this happen. I honestly can’t believe this was Shun’s last pop-up with us 🥹

hello beautiful ppl’s,

I also would like to make some closing thought from here,
I’m feeling grateful to playing as MC role for this wonderful comps event which is credit to Miharu & Ryu for inviting me x and also thanks to all the judges, competitors, behind the lovely people from your hard work

It amazing how the coffee community people connect together in this one space, standing as MC front of the passionate people, I feel every each of you the effort that you put it’s beautiful and eye opening👌🏻i also learn from this role for the first time about the flows, engaging and stuff.

I’m really thankful for the supporting, hopefully we could brought more meaningful, joy and fun experience again ✌🏻

let’s put your hands together again👏🏻 and see you soon

Hi Tanuki friends,
We’re glad to see you again!

We’re excited to share some of the Danish roasters currently making waves in the specialty coffee scene with Melbourne’s coffee community.

Welcoming Yusei as our curator,

Originally from Hiroshima, And Yusei worked as a manager at Skittle Lane the one of Sydney’s best specialty coffee shops, until 2025.

After returning to Japan, he took on a new challenge in roasting before making his way to Copenhagen where he is now working at La Cabra, one of the most leading in Nordic coffee scene.

who has carefully selected the coffees with his experience across Australia, Japan and Denmark!

Chihiro and Shun will be pouring on the day.

Nick will also be preparing a signature drink and a small selection of sweets to OCP this time

Let’s share some good coffee together.

Hi again to all my friends,

My first Regional Victoria Cup Tasters Competiton is done and dusted.

This competition gave me something valuable about learning how to manage my confidence under pressure and gaining a better understanding of what regional-level Cup Tasters experience feels like.

This time was much harder than I expected, but I did my best. Even though the result was not what I hoped for, I gained so much experience from being surrounded by many talented people at this stage.

A huge thank you to all my friends who showed me support and love throughout this journey. I truly appreciate it 🙏🏻

At the same time, some people I truly value are leaving around the same period. It made me realise how difficult it can feel to see friends leaving. These are people I met and built memories with here in Melbourne, so my feelings it kinda mixed up and down in good way.

Thank you @community_coffee_championships @ascacoffee for creating such a great experience. I truly enjoyed every moment of this competition.

Hey people’s!

Today, I’m feeling happy and grateful after another amazing coffee pop-up with some of my favourite people.

From open to close, we were serving people non-stop. We barely had time to take a break, but honestly, that’s the best kind of chaos 🙏🏻 it means people genuinely wanted what we were offering, and that means so much to us.

This community is truly so supportive and full of love. A special thanks you to Cedric, Stephen, Brad and everyone else who jumped in to help when things got really busy. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Thank you to everyone for your patience while waiting for each coffee and dessert. We put our hearts into everything we serve. Still learning and growing, we promise we’ll do even better next time.

Without a doubt, this has also become one of my favourite. I’m especially grateful to have met Chihiro and Shun, and that we now get to create these pop-up together. Thank you for the memories 🫶🏻 @tsukaking @sgsn_shun

We wanted to create this pop-up because everyone has been working so hard, people need some time to slow down, take a rest to enjoy a great cup of coffee and sweets.

This time, Chihiro, Shun and Nick are bringing something special to SNKPK!

We’ve carefully curated coffees from 3 famous Japanese coffee roasters featuring :

• 5 Filter Coffees
• 4 Premium Filter Coffees

Of course, we’ll also have a selection of sweets to pair with your coffee, as well as our special signature drinks created exclusively for this pop-up!

Hello all the beautiful people,

I truly appreciate everyone who came support us yesterday. 🙇🏼

It means so much to be part of such a supportive and amazing community. We honestly couldn’t believe the response to our product it was far beyond what we expected, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the support, encouragement, and kindness you showed us throughout the day.

A big thank you to @eventinfo_cru @yaskamori and all the team members for organising such wonderful event. We’re thankful for the opportunity to be part of this pop-up alongside so many talented vendors. It was great getting to meet everyone and share the experience together.

Hopefully, we’ll have something new to share with you soon for our second release.

Hello beautiful people’s,

It’s a wrap for this amazing Cup Tasters competition 🫶🏻

I’m happy with the result. even though I was nervous, I believe I could have done even better.

This experience pushed me to keep learning and improving, and being surrounded by so many talented competitors really motivated me to grow.

Big love to everyone who supported me and cheered me on throughout the day 🤣❤️ especially my running fam 🏃🏻

Massive thanks to PCA for putting together such a great event. Shoutout to @barista_hany for the humour and energy 🥬🌶️, as well as all the judges, and the @pca_au team.

And congrats to my fam for taking the win! @coffeewith.enk so proud to see it!
