Okay… this is where the hard work really started! 😂⛏️🌿
I knew I wanted to make my Gertrude Jekyll bed bigger, but I definitely underestimated just how much work was involved. 😂
And that clay soil did NOT want to make it easy! 😭
But the new shape is finally done… and WOW, it’s so much bigger than the original bed! 👀🌹
Now comes the fun part… 🌸🌿
Part 5 — planting and re arranging coming Saturday! 👀

These poor Astilbe were getting completely swallowed up by my Rudbeckia! 😅🌿
So I've given all three a new home in my courtyard planters, and now I've got the perfect space for something else… 👀💜
Any guesses what's going in their place? 🌷

This gap has been annoying me… I'm honestly not sure why i left it there, so it's time to fix it! 😂🌿👀
I decided what this little space was missing, and it was time to give it a new look! 🌸
Out came the lavender, in went the Nepeta, and I think it's looking SO much better already! 💜
It's only a little change, but sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference in the garden! 🌿✨

Honestly, hosta… WHAT are you doing?! 😂🌸🍂
You've already had your moment this year, and now you're flowering AGAIN in October?! 🤣🌿
Is anyone else's hosta doing this, or has mine just lost track of the seasons? 👀😂

Part 1 of my new garden path project… 🧱🌿
I've been putting this project off for SO long, but today I finally decided it was time to start! 👀
This is what we're working with right now… and I have a completely different plan for this space. 🤭🌿
Want to see what I'm doing with it?
Part 2 coming soon… 🧱✨

🌿🍂 A little October garden tour… 🥹💚

Still finding flowers, gorgeous foliage and little surprises popping up all over the garden, even as we head towards winter! 🌸🌾

I'm trying to enjoy every last bit of colour before the garden starts winding down. 🧡

Which part of the garden is your favourite? 👀🌿

I'm not taking any chances with my Salvia Love and Wishes this winter! 🥶💜
She's been putting on a beautiful display, and I really don't want to lose her to the cold. So I'm digging her up, potting her on and moving her into the greenhouse for some extra protection. 🌿🪴
Now it's fingers crossed that she makes it through winter and comes back even bigger next year! 🤞💜
Do you overwinter your Salvia's, or do you leave yours in the garden? 👀👇

A slower look at my Astilbe rescue! 🌿💕👀

A couple of you said the original video was a little too fast, so here's a slower version so you can see exactly what I was doing! 🥰

These 3 Astilbe were being completely crowded out by my Rudbeckia, so I've moved them into my courtyard planters to give them a chance to thrive. 🌸🪴

And now that space is ready for something else… 💜🌷

I honestly can't believe how far this garden has come…

When I started, this garden was practically a blank canvas. I had a vision, lots of ideas, and absolutely NO idea just how much work was ahead of me! 😂🪴

Looking back at all these videos and seeing everything I've done, everything I've planted and all the little projects I've worked on… it makes me realise just how much this garden has changed. 🥹🌸

And we're still not finished! 😂

From a blank canvas to the cottage garden I'm dreaming of… one little project at a time. 🌿🏡💚

If you're new here, welcome to my little garden journey! And if you've been here a while, thank you for following along. 🥰❤️
