Today, our founder, Kirstin, spent time with two of our New Talent team members, working on foil placement techniques while also capturing some behind-the-scenes content. ✨

Both of Kharma’s owners joined in on the mentoring at different locations, sharing their passion and expertise with our stylists.
We love seeing our team pour into one another and share their knowledge with such enthusiasm.

Partial highlight for a perfect pixie! 🫐🍋

I was so lucky to have my darling friend Salem as my model for my partial highlight exam! I am soooo obsessed with our results :3

I used Redken’s Shades EQ for our toner. A 50/50 mix of 9AG and 9GI for that perfect summer blonde to complement her natural colour and cancel out some warmth. Thank you for the trust, Salem!

Your natural hair is calling! 📞

Brought my most loveliest friend Nîpiya back to her natural colour today! We decided it was time for a fresh start after rocking the pink for a couple months.

I used Redken’s Cover Fusion for our colour, just a simple formula of 5NN and 20 volume developer to match her hair back up to her roots and fill those lighter ends! Thank you for the trust 💗💗!!

It’s balayage season, girlies!! 🍯

I was so lucky to be able to do a beautiful balayage (with help from the amazing @hairbyalyssahennessy 🥰) on Hanna, my stunning client! Doesn’t she look lovely?

I used Redken’s Shades EQ for our toner. The formula was 30g of 09N and 30g 09NB, mixed with 60g of their gloss processing solution to achieve all of that warm honey blonde. Thank you for the trust, Hanna! ❤️❤️

Say goodbye to the grey! 🍎

My beautiful mom came into the salon to get an all over colour from me! I forgot to grab any before pictures, but we started out with a mixture of colours. She is a natural level 2 with over 75% grey, she’s tired of the grey but finds a whole head of black hair to be too harsh for her. Instead we formulated a beautiful medium-dark brown with a pop of red undertones to cover her greys and softly blend in alongside her black hair.

I used Redken’s Cover Fusion line with 20 volume developer to really get that colour to stick! With 1/2 5NN, 1/4 4NBr and 1/4 6NBr, we reached our desired colour no problem. Thank you for the trust mama, I love you!! 🥰🥰
