definition of trust the process -> swipe for the journey

Starting from a base of blue and purple hair with dark brown roots we needed to neutralize the old colours and replace them with a rich cherry cola 🍒
we used @davinesofficial beautiful things when lifting the roots, to get the cleanest lift possible. 🏋️‍♀️ With @oligopro lightener with built in bond building to get our base where we needed.

✨ Growing together, creating together. ✨

If you’ve visited one of our four locations, you’ve probably experienced a little glimpse of what makes our team so special: we’re always learning, teaching, and mentoring one another. 🤍

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. By sharing knowledge, techniques, and creativity, we’re constantly growing our skills so we can bring you the very best results.

Today, our founder, Kirstin, spent time with two of our New Talent team members, working on foil placement techniques while also capturing some behind-the-scenes content. ✨

Both of Kharma’s owners joined in on the mentoring at different locations, sharing their passion and expertise with our stylists.
We love seeing our team pour into one another and share their knowledge with such enthusiasm.

Because when we grow together, you get the best of all of us. 🤍✂️
