Can you feel it?

The world feels 𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 right now. But we still stubbornly believe in the power of many people doing small things.

Wars continue. Political rhetoric escalates. Global alliances shift. In several places, power is exercised in ways that suggest strength alone justifies action.

It is natural to feel overwhelmed. Constant exposure to conflict can lead to fatigue. And fatigue easily turns into us pulling away.

But apathy is not simply disengagement. It is a withdrawal of influence.

History shows that when fewer people stay attentive, ask questions, join conversations and take responsibility in their own spheres, decisions concentrate in fewer hands.

The opposite of apathy is not outrage.
𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Staying informed. Practicing critical thinking. Building communities that hold nuance. Voting. Leading responsibly where you are. Challenging the idea that force equals legitimacy.

Small actions rarely feel historic in the moment. Over time, they shape culture.

The future is not 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 shaped by those who hold power.

It is shaped by those who remain engaged.

How do we facilitate a more thriving world? 🌍

Over the next year, participants in the Copenhagen City program will dive deep into that question.

This weekend, at the amazing Station, they kicked off the first part of the program: self-leadership. We dug into who we are, what success really means, and how to tweak our daily habits to become the best version of ourselves.

The two days were packed with seriousness, laughter, authenticity, new friendships, and tons of learning. 🎉

In the coming months, we’ll shift our focus to relationships, team building, and system change 🌱

Learning by doing is the deepest form of learning. This spring, participants will get hands-on and teach others what they learn this fall. The ultimate goal? To master the soft skills needed to create a more thriving world. 🌟

It is a collective learning journey where we aim to develop more conscious leaders who are ready to take on the glocal challenges of tomorrow. We learn how to communicate our vision, resolve conflicts, stay aware, and listen deeply to what is happening around us. This is where large-scale systemic changes—and radical innovation—begin.

Out of context, things may seem so strange and silly.
But you don’t have to explain yourself and your journey to anyone.

No matter if you’re just starting out or having been doing things for years, take the courage to try out loud and maybe even fail out loud, indifferent of what others may think.
