Can you feel it?

The world feels 𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 right now. But we still stubbornly believe in the power of many people doing small things.

Wars continue. Political rhetoric escalates. Global alliances shift. In several places, power is exercised in ways that suggest strength alone justifies action.

It is natural to feel overwhelmed. Constant exposure to conflict can lead to fatigue. And fatigue easily turns into us pulling away.

But apathy is not simply disengagement. It is a withdrawal of influence.

History shows that when fewer people stay attentive, ask questions, join conversations and take responsibility in their own spheres, decisions concentrate in fewer hands.

The opposite of apathy is not outrage.
𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Staying informed. Practicing critical thinking. Building communities that hold nuance. Voting. Leading responsibly where you are. Challenging the idea that force equals legitimacy.

Small actions rarely feel historic in the moment. Over time, they shape culture.

The future is not 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 shaped by those who hold power.

It is shaped by those who remain engaged.

New year, new reads! We’ve got some hot recommendations from @izoldegutmane (21/22) coming in for you as we start this new year:
.
«Reading is a source of growth. I think some books need to be re-read, because the takeaway changes based on the current situation I’m in and needs while reading. Here is a list of books I would suggest to pick up from time to time»

Bringing growth and self-discovery to CPH 🌟

The program has officially begun with SELF, and it was a journey of self-reflection and growth 💪 Participants shared their stories, formed meaningful connections, set goals for the future, discovered their unique narratives, took time for meditation, and established routines for continued growth 💫

A huge shoutout to @stationcph for creating the perfect space for empowerment and inspiration 🙌 We can't wait to continue the journey on 4th and 5th March 🗓️

Here's what the participants had to say:

"I felt heard and empowered, able to share my story and be my true self 💬"

"The venue was amazing and the hosts provided a safe environment for sharing, with a truly inspiring atmosphere 💫 Can't wait for the next gathering!"

"The program was filled with introspective moments, deep thoughts, and newfound insights 💡 The activities encouraged me to explore and ask questions I never have before 🔎"

How does your relationship map look like? 🗺️

That was one of the questions that the community program around our hosts @izoldegutmane, Sandro-Diego, and @ma.art.ta explored this weekend in Copenhagen.

Spiced up by games and dancing, the conversations ranged from power, trust, to how we can communicate in better ways. Our Ceo @tilmannstolte dropped by for a session on how to take responsibility, and the sun was shining almost as much as our participants at wonderful @stationcph ☀️

Oh, and did we mention dancing already? 💃

How do I build a fulfilling career for myself in today's world? 🌱

That was the burning question at the student-driven innovation house @stationcph in Copenhagen last week.

In a three hour workshop, our CEO @tilmannstolte guided through:
What is the future I want?
What gives me energy in my every day?
What job combines both of the above?

The reflections of the students and young professionals in the room were extraordinarily deep.

Sustainability, a sense of community, frustrations about greenwashing, healthy boundaries, mindfulness practices, and a strong drive to positively contribute were some of the things that came up.

Thank you to Julia, Max, Eloïse, Clara, and everyone from @sustainabilityadvocatescph who made this session possible! 🧡
