Woohoooo! The journey has begun 😁🤩🥂🇬🇷🎨

Today was amazing, I proved I can travel solo & I got out of my comfort zone! I pet many cats, had insane food and explored the city! I picked up some art supplies for my residency that I didn’t bring and I can’t wait for the next part of this adventure!!
I’ll be doing my best to document this journey for the artistic experience but whatever I miss- just know I was absolutely living 🥂

Cest la vie as they say !

Portrait painting is meant to capture the essence of life and what’s more life-like than getting a summer cold and being out of commission for a week 🙄🙂

I think she’s gorgeous regardless :)

✨keeping it *sorta* real✨

I based my artist name off of my interest in surrealism because I find that it brings my love of practising painting from observation, with adding magical funky details and the ability to explore crazy colour pallets!
