Cheer’s to my FIRST class & my LAST class at FWCH!

THANK YOU to the member’s who trusted me with their workouts every class! Spending every Monday (& more) morning with you for the last three years has been amazing - watching you become strong with every class, build confidence with every dumbbell you picked up.

Not only my first class but the first opportunity to really grow into the women I am today. FWCH was my start and I couldn’t have picked a better community to “Thrive & Die” with!

A Heartfelt Goodbye ❤️

To our FW Cycle House family,

This is a really hard one to share. After a lot of thought, conversations, and trying to figure out every possible option, we’ve made the difficult decision to close FW Cycle House. Our last day will be Saturday, October 3rd.

The ongoing noise complaints from our neighbors have made it really difficult to continue operating the studio in a way that works long-term. We’ve explored our options, but at this point, we feel this is the right decision for FWCH.

But honestly, this is about so much more than closing a studio.

FWCH has been a place where people came to sweat, laugh, push themselves, make friends, have hard days, celebrate good ones, and just feel like they belonged. You are what made this place so special.

Seven years is a lot of memories. Every class you showed up for, every friend you brought in, every sweaty high-five, every laugh, every birthday, every milestone, and every time you chose to spend an hour with us — we are so incredibly grateful.

Thank you for believing in FWCH and for supporting us through all of the ups and downs. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

While this chapter is coming to an end, I hope you know that the friendships and memories made here aren’t going anywhere. ❤️

We still have several weeks together, and we want to make them count. So let’s finish this chapter the best way we know how — together. Let’s fill those classes, laugh a lot, sweat a lot, and celebrate everything FWCH has been over the last seven years.

We love you, FWCH family. Thank you for everything.
