OCTOBER IS HERE! 🏃🏻🏋🏻❌

THE MONTH WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOR.

We’ve been working. We’ve been planning. And now it’s finally time.

Big runs. Big moments. A few surprises. And things we’ve been waiting a LONG time to share with you. 👀

Thank you for showing up, believing in us, and continuing to make this community what it is.

Trust us…

YOU’RE NOT READY FOR OCTOBER. ❌

THIS ONE WILL BE UNFORGETTABLE.

Meet @fxbadhabits ❤️ the run club that started as half-marathon training and became a family.

A space where anyone can show up, be themselves, and get a little better every time. Think sunrise runs along the ocean, great music, and an energy so contagious you’ll feel like you belonged before you even arrived. 🏃

This Global Running Day, we’re celebrating the hosts who put people before numbers.

Tag who you’re running with and show us how Miami moves 👟 #werunmiami

HYROX Tampa race week, and we’re bringing everyone together.

@aetosclub · @sculpteddiscipline · @fxbadhabits · @motion.circle

Competitors get a shakeout to prime the legs for Tampa. Everyone else trains like any other Tuesday. Something for all of us.

A little recap of what went down at THE TAKEOVER 🔥

Different communities, same energy. A day full of competition, good vibes, and people coming together to do what we love.

Appreciate everyone who came out and was part of it, and everyone who helped make it happen.

Special shoutout to @mcfitnessftl for hosting our first TAKEOVER. We’ll definitely be running it back! 🙌
